Ladify Return & Refund Policy

At Ladify, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t perfect, here’s how we’ll help:

📦 Returns

  • 14-Day Returns: You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eid/Festive Orders: For Eid outfits, ensure returns are initiated within 7 days post-delivery to account for event timelines.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Undergarments, sale/discounted items, and customized products are final sale.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Store Credit Option: Prefer a faster solution? Opt for store credit (valid for 6 months) issued immediately upon return approval.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Size/Color Issues: Contact us at support@ladify.store within 7 days to request an exchange (subject to availability).

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos/videos to support@ladify.store, and we’ll replace the item or refund you promptly.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using tracked shipping.

Note: This policy complies with consumer protection laws in Pakistan. Ladify reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
